Edgecombe Brothers grows an average of four tonnes of asparagus each year on their estate.

It was originally planted by the late Walter Edgecombe more than 20 years ago and has been prepared in their cafe for more than a decade. 

Learn how to grow, harvest, prepare and cook asparagus.

The outdoor class includes an entree dipping plate and tutored wine tasting while the asparagus picked for lunch is prepared.
