The asparagus masterclass encompasses a brief description of the fascinating history of the Swan Valley narrated by Alfred Edgecombe.
Attendees will tour the asparagus patch to learn about the history, nature and growth of Edgecombe’s asparagus.
They will get to hand-pick their own asparagus for lunch and a bundle to take home too.
Once back at the café, Alfred will go through how to prepare and cook the asparagus in his signature masterclass.
Enjoy your own freshly harvested asparagus, with fine wine from the Edgecombe Brothers cellars followed by Edgecombe’s classic extravagant fig dessert.
Guests will also receive an asparagus crown as a gift, so you can grow your own asparagus and continue the experience at home.
