1840 at Sandalford will shine a spotlight on fine Swan Valley wines and amazing WA produce in one unforgettable experience.
The incredible curated degustation menu will feature:
Course 1: Baked feta, kalamata olives, garlic and woodfired focaccia.
Course 2: Abrolhos Island scallops, crudo with blood orange, chilli and dill.
Course 3: Local fish, whipped potato, lemon butter, and green panzanella.
Course 4: Dardanup lamb rump, chargrilled medium, salsa verde, courgetti and green peas.
Espresso granita with chantilly cream and shaved dark chocolate.
Accompanied by 1840 wines from the Swan Valley including 2021 Rose, 2020 Chenin Blanc, 2021 Grenache, 2018 Shiraz and NV Sandalera.
